Shipping & Delivery: How Your Chapter Order Reaches You!

At Chapter, we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth, quick, and stress-free. Here’s how we get your order from our store to your doorstep!Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, following government guidelines. If your area is covered by our courier partners, we’ve got you sorted!

How long does it take?
We usually dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
From there, our trusted courier partners take over, and you can expect your order in 5–7 business days.

Tracking your order: 
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep.

Changes & Cancellations:
Need to change your address? You can update details before shipment—but the PIN code and state must remain the same. Email us at hello@trychapter.in as soon as possible.
Changed your mind after we’ve shipped?

For COD orders:
If you cancel after dispatch or reject the delivery, shipping costs (both ways) will be charged at actuals.For prepaid orders: Cancellations after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

Receiving your order:
Please ensure someone you trust is available to receive your order. Chapter is not responsible if the package is collected by an alternative person.

Damaged or missing items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please record an unboxing video and email us at hello@trychapter.in on the same day of delivery so we can help you quickly.
